What to Expect:

As the Business Analyst you will help facilitate new business opportunities for UGE to drive revenue growth and market expansion while maintain relationships with our customers we are servicing. This includes communicating all new business opportunities to different UGE groups, receive inputs from different stakeholders and quantify feedback into a proposal. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Airline trends, strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.

How you will make an impact:

• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish strong relationships and drive new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, training and operations planning, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer's needs.
• Track and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for strategic advantage.
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal results
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports and updates key stakeholders on business development activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
• Analyze and forecast revenue and strategic business trends and report findings to senior management
• Analyze adjustments that are required to keep company profitable and communicate to different stakeholders

What will you bring:

Knowledge/Skills

Required

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in excel
• Travel varies and can be of up to 20%

Experience

• Previous service or operational experience required
• Cross utilized experience (Above the Wing/Below the Wing) required
• Previous supervisory experience required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Preferred

• Experience not required but proven experience in business development or sales roles within the Airline industry is a plus (1-2 years' experience) or Airport ops related

ADA Specifications

• Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
• Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively.
• Requires ability to use computers and other office equipment.
• Requires ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances (including a background check, and drug screen)

Compensation Information

Base salary range: $52,000 - $66,568 (L6) annually
