The Finance Business Intelligence Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our Pricing Strategy, Billing Operations, and Data Analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Data Analysts and manage reporting initiatives. 
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to provide actionable insights. 
• Partner with executive leadership to influence and set financial strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting, auditing, process management, and financial analysis.
• Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Manage and validate data in SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop centralized data repositories following new acquisitions, streamlining data management processes.
• Synthesize data accurately, efficiently, and cohesively, enabling informed decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively.
• Employ database applications like Access and Tableau to visualize data and generate insights.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, presenting complex financial information clearly.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Auditing, or Accounting.
• Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, and financial modeling. 
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Python, or other relevant tools.

This position is located onsite in Center Valley, PA.
