Business Intelligence Manager manages a business intelligence team centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Plans projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions. Collaborates with project stakeholders to design and plan initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Additionally, Business Intelligence Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Business Intelligence Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Intelligence Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The position of Business Development Manager is a high-activity position requiring both a high outreach volume and consistent prospecting within our markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will need to show a deep understanding of your customers, the challenges they face and how Structured Retail Product’s services help them address those challenges. To be successful in this role you will need to combine solution-based selling and a will to win.


    Key Objectives:

    • Deliver revenue and New Business against quarterly targets
    • Win new business through the sales of subscriptions into broker-dealers, asset and wealth managers, private banks, distributors professional services and tech providers.
    • Prospect and contact potential clients and key decision makers through multiple channels including face to face
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the markets the company operates in, and an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, who buys them, and why
    • Create a territory plan for your assigned markets, highlighting opportunities for new logos
    • Carry out New Business Account planning, detailed pre-call research on prospective clients and their organizations to maximize the percentage of trials converting to sales
    • Maintain strong inter-departmental communication, both intra and inter office
    • Travel to industry conferences and client’s offices where necessary
    • Ensure you are fully aware of the company’s short, medium and long-term goals and your territory plan aligns with these.


    Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

    • Atleast 2 Years demonstrable history of success in a subscriptions sales environment, required
    • Exceptional prospecting & closing skills, required
    • Experience selling 6-figure deals into financial institutions in North America, preferred
    • Experience of financial services markets, required
    • Experience of using Salesforce
    • Pipeline building, management & forecasting
    • Skilled user of MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN or other B2B sales methodology

    The base salary range for this role is from $90,000.00USD - $100,000.00USD (salary to commensurate with experience). This position is also eligible for a bonus/commission plan administered at the sole discretion of the Company.
