Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intelligence Support Specialist to join our team at Barksdale AFB, LA. In this role, you will provide crucial intelligence support for standoff weapons planning. 

This position is anticipated to start September 12th, 2024. 

• Assist with researching, developing, analyzing, and reporting on friendly and adversary systems/tactics, capabilities, and mission planning products to support standoff weapons planning. 
• Assist with Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) to catalog and report information necessary for successful standoff integration planning efforts. 
• Coordinate with all echelons of DoD and the Intelligence Community to develop organizational relationships, facilitate research, gather mission planning data, and create assessment-supporting collection plans. 
• Coordinate with targeting agencies to ensure that all targeting products are complete, accurate, current, and consistent with directed effects. 
• Provide on-site Intelligence advice and assistance to support the mission set. This includes areas such as targeting processes, OPLAN development, threat disposition and tracking, common operating picture systems, and collaborative mission planning suites. 

• Proven experience in intelligence research, analysis, and reporting. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the DoD or Intelligence Community. 
• Strong knowledge of friendly and adversary systems/tactics, capabilities, and mission planning products. 
• Proficiency in Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) and related processes. 
• Familiarity with targeting processes and the creation of accurate and effective targeting products. 
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with DoD, Intelligence Community personnel, and other stakeholders. 
• Strong organizational skills to manage and report on intelligence data and mission planning information. 
• Analytical skills to assess and report on complex intelligence information efficiently. 
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
