The BDS must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail are essential in finding solutions to assist businesses and contribute to PBA's vision of Creating a Healthy Community.
All PBA staff, whether in-person or via various communication platforms, represent and reflect the PBA team, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors. Staff and consultants are expected to utilize their experiences, skillset, and talents to fulfill their job duties as outlined at the time of hire. While training is provided, possessing the basic skillset reflected in the resume and stated at the time of hire is expected.
