Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator& Business Intelligence Analyst position is the key subject matter expert and resource for both the Salesforce system and for business intelligence aspects at TH Foods.
This position is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, including user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades. This position ensures effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborates with stakeholders to meet organizational requirements and is responsible for building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value while partnering with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. This position is key in optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs.
In addition, this position is responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization, including organizing data points, communicating between upper management, Finance and the IT department and analyzing data to determine business needs.
Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics.
