    Position Summary:

    The Salesforce Administrator& Business Intelligence Analyst position is the key subject matter expert and resource for both the Salesforce system and for business intelligence aspects at TH Foods.

    This position is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, including user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades. This position ensures effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborates with stakeholders to meet organizational requirements and is responsible for building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value while partnering with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. This position is key in optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs.

    In addition, this position is responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization, including organizing data points, communicating between upper management, Finance and the IT department and analyzing data to determine business needs.

    Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics.

    Essential Duties and Requirements include the following.

    • Salesforce Administrator
      • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
      • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
      • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
      • Overseeing all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
      • Resolving user support tickets
      • Supporting team members and monitoring user adoption of Salesforce tools in the organization
    • Business Intelligence
      • Utilizing the 5 states of business intelligence: data sourcing, data engineering and analysis, situation awareness, decision-making, and decision support
      • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
      • Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
      • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission
    • Overall
      • Developing a solid understanding of the business, the contribution of each department, and the metrics that drive performance
      • Working jointly with department leaders and analysts to define KPIs and reports for company-wide performance measurement
      • Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
      • Implementing reports and dashboards using reporting software
      • Providing ongoing user training and creating training materials as needed
      • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
      • Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
      • Maintaining a corporate repository of metric definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency
      • Monitoring data quality and resolving any issues in collaboration with data owners
    • Responsible for promoting food safety and employee safety throughout the organization.

    Job Requirements:

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

    • 5 to 10 years of experience within the food industry supporting the business in driving business growth, establishing standardized processes and evolving business support systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
    • The ability to work both as a team and independently
    • Strong management and leadership skills
    • Salesforce
      • Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role for 3 to 5 years
      • Current Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification required
      • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
      • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
      • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
      • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
    • Business Intelligence
      • Proven work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role for 2 to 3 years
      • Technological and computer knowledge
      • Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations

    Language Skills

    This position requires the ability to read, write, and speak English in order to communicate effectively with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
