Role: Business Analyst

About the Project:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing Active Directory (AD) groups. This role involves documenting current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing clear guidelines for future AD group management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of current AD group structure, membership, and permissions.
Develop and document standardized processes for AD group creation, modification, and deletion.
Define clear roles and responsibilities for AD group management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize AD group requirements and implement necessary changes.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
Participate in testing and validation of AD group modifications.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in business requirements gathering and documentation
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory structure and functionality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
