Job Summary
We are a growing accounting firm seeking an individual to join our team to assist with firm's administrative, operational, and client service functions. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, a quick learner, and who is a pleasure to work with.
Prior experience in an administrative role is desired but not required. People who have had success in this role in the past were previously bank tellers, restaurant managers, sales support professionals and account executives in an inbound sales/service role.
While this role does fulfill certain administrative functions, it is also a client-facing position with autonomy built in. There is a direct correlation between success in this position and the success of the firm.
