The Assistant Business Office Manager makes a difference by - 

As part of our team of professionals, the Assistant Business Office Manager brings clarity and follow-through to  what can be a delicate process.  Our patients, residents, families, and team members benefit from the expertise and skilled communication of the Assistant Business Office Manager.  In addition, the Assistant Business Office Manager will:

• Assist the Business Office Manager with billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, co-insurance, and managed care billing for the facility
• Assist the Business Office Manager with cash collections and A/R goals of the facility
• Work very closely with the Central Billing Office for the region on all billing issues and follow up necessary

You might be a great fit if you have these things - 

• 1 years of experience in third-party billing and reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, co-insurance required; managed care and private collections preferred
• Detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation required
