Charlie Health is looking to add a highly motivated, operationally savvy, and data-driven Business Operations Associate to its growing Talent team. The Business Operations Associate will have a key “seat at the table” with department heads and the Talent leadership team as recruiting processes are established and refined. This role will require a significant amount of data analysis; the Business Operations Associate will equip executive leaders with data-driven insights and easy-to-use dashboards so that there is greater visibility into role-level and recruiter-level performance. The expected base pay for this role will be between $90,000 and $132,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
