Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. SUMMARY:
The CAD Drafter (CD) works in support of the Modesto Quality Assurance/Purchasing Manager, project engineers, project managers and superintendents to assist with construction project drawings.
The CD plays a central role in maintaining open communication and partnerships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and all APCCO team members. This emphasizes the need for the CD to maintain a problem-solving mindset, to anticipate problems and to develop constructive and balanced solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Productivity and Quality
o Concept Drawings for quoting projects
o Developing Drawing Package for Permit and Construction purposes
o Updating and/or tracking changes to the Drawing Package during Construction
o Developing any detail drawings required for construction
o Finalizing the Drawing Package and P&ID’s when the Project is complete for the manuals and RMP/PSM purposes
o Developing and Finalizing the Equipment and Valve schedule that accompanies the P&ID’s

This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday _8_am to _5_ pm, however, based on the needs of the job, work hours may vary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Must read, understand, and follow the requirements of the APCCO Motor Vehicle Policy and Vehicle Maintenance Policy
Maintain a valid driver’s license
Provide a clear DMV record that is insurable with our company vehicle insurance carrier, including no accidents, incidents, or DUI in the past 5 years (and updated annually)
Participate in company-sponsored programs to maintain or improve driver safety
