Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. The Quality Process Manager is responsible for the quality, grading, and process improvement activities. Process improvement opportunities are identified and approved by the mill's Process Steering Team. The Quality Process Manager will be responsible for defining the scope of the problem, gathering data to establish the baseline performance, identifying the various factors that relate to the outcome, using statistical tools to perform a root cause analysis, developing potential solutions to the root cause and then implementing a corrective action plan. Responsible for developing the process activities, collecting data from the activities and then supplying the appropriate mill personnel with information necessary for process improvement initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $82,200 - $123,300. Actual base salary is based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
