Job Summary: Seeking a seasoned Process Engineer with a focus on evaluating, improving and sustaining existing processes for better quality and cost reduction.

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

• US Citizen

• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing/Factory Environment

• Proven experience in cost reduction, scrap reduction, or process improvement activities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with screen printing or printed electronics

• Familiarity with manufacturing/factory processes

• Proficiency in Time Studies, Kaizan Events, LEAN/Six Sigma processes, or Phase Gate Process

• AutoCAD/Solidworks experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve existing processes to reduce costs and improve quality

• Champion non-conforming product problem solving

• Verify rework methods and facilitate team meetings

• Identify variations and establish critical controls to reduce undesirable outputs

• Advise production team leaders on improvement opportunities

• Coach teams towards a zero defect culture.
