Job Description :

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously documenting current standard operating procedures within Global FP&A, R&D and Enabling Functions Finance.

• The core processes to be documented are around, forecasting, actual reporting, and monthly transaction processing.
• This role will involve collaborating with the current teams to gather information on their current processes, deliverables, and timelines.
• With the end goal of creating detailed documentation around processes and ensuring accuracy and clarity in all documents produced.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to success in this role.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, strong written communication skills, and a proactive approach to defining and ultimately documenting complex processes.
• Success in this role will be defined by having a thorough overview of current processes that ease the transition of new colleagues into the various roles across Global FP&A, R&D and Enabling Functions Finance.

Qualifications / Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• MBA and / or CPA preferred
• 5 years of experience within corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience documenting and / or building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with various internal stakeholders
• Understanding of corporate accounting functions / processes (GAAP,
