Business Process Technology Consultant consults with client companies in order to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that will facilitate the accomplishment of the client's business goals. Analyzes the client's business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture in order to develop options for new technologies that will optimize the company's functions and business processes. Being a Business Process Technology Consultant provides consultation regarding solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting. May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions. Additionally, Business Process Technology Consultant requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Process Technology Consultant occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Purpose

The KM Program effectively harnesses the critical relationship between people, process, technology in the context of the organizational structure in creating, applying, organizing, and transferring know-how, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and timely decision-making.

    Required Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
    • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt
    Minimum Required Experience:
    • Possess business management experience and past performance in successfully in applying creative problem solving, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, rate of innovation, and related concepts, principles, and practices to a program of similar size and scope.
    • Experience analyzing, innovating, and maintaining conventional office work systems/business processes using Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions.
    • Possess skills, knowledge and familiarity with Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or Organization Management
    • Possess expertise in Individual and Organizational Change Management.
    • Possess experience in applying performance management/ measurement, strategic planning, research, and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts, principles, and practices.
