The Senior Analyst – Business Analysis is responsible for providing strategic and operational analysis to support the organization’s decision-making process. This role will be a key contributor in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Analyst – Business Analysis will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, track progress against goals, and provide ongoing reporting on performance metrics.


• Analyze current business processes to identify areas of improvement or potential cost savings.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on revenue and expenses.
• Research industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Create reports summarizing findings from data analysis projects.
• Monitor performance metrics across all departments/divisions/products/services to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to ensure alignment between strategy and execution plans. • Prepare presentations for senior management outlining recommendations based on research findings or data analysis results. • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing new initiatives or process improvements as needed by the organization's objectives .
