POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operations Team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. The role will encompass the inventory management from raw materials to finished goods. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Conduct daily reconciliation of inventory to maintain consistent system accuracy.

•           Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure the integrity of inventory data.

•           Stay informed about changes in process order methods and processes related to cost      calculations.

•           Perform regular audits on the receipt process and inventory transactions to identify potential issues or irregularities.

•           Collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary adjustments and improvements.

•           Contribute to the preparation and analysis of plant performance reports.

•           Manage the month-end inventory process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Assist the procurement department with Purchase order management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education 

• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Attributes 

• Knowledge of Inventory management practices
• Experience using spreadsheets and or business intelligence tools.
• Self-Starter with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven leader with the capability to influence and drive change while fostering accountability. 
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Expertise in SAP or another ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required; Experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred. 
• Must be able to work occasional nights, weekends, on call time, as needed, in addition to the standard 40-hour work week.
