Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, the director will lead a collaborative team, manage cutting-edge systems like Slate CRM and Banner, and drive innovative enrollment solutions.

    • 8-10 years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in admissions operations and enrollment systems.
    • Expertise in current and emerging policies, practices, and technologies related to admissions operations and enrollment systems.
    • Knowledge of admissions and financial aid operations technology and software gained through relevant education or work experience.
    • Strong technical skills with demonstrated work experience architecting solutions, scripting/ programming, and SQL development
    • Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack) for communication, documentation, and workflow management.
    • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to admissions and compliance, including international admissions, enrollment, advising and transcript evaluation services, and FERPA.

    • Provide leadership for the core functions of admissions operations, including implementing and optimizing admissions and financial aid systems (Slate, Banner).
