As a member of the Business Systems team under the VP of Business Systems, the Enterprise Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's ERP system. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of the ERP system.

Essential Functions:

• Provide Level 1 end user support for the company's ERP system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to key financial, supply chain, and manufacturing business processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Support the VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to assure receipt of proper services and application performance.
• Generate and manage various management reports, status reports, and system assessment reports related to billing, revenue management, procure-to-pay, order/quote-to-cash, SCM/MRP and manufacturing
• Develop user-training/material/documentation and conduct training for end-users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Infor CloudSuite, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc).
• Hands-on experience with INFOR CloudSuite ERP a plus.
• Ability to navigate and manage different platforms that serve different aspects of the business.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence as used to support corporate business functions.
• Love technology and be self-motivated to continuously learn and implement new tools and solutions.
• Analytical and solution-minded and takes initiative without direction.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and a proactive approach.
• Strong customer service skills to work with users at all levels of technical aptitude.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

• 5 years of prior "hands-on" experience delivering business systems solutions.
• Prior experience in a Business Systems team is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
