    St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our well-established Human Resources Department whose headquarters are located in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. The St. Johns County Human Resources Department is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and collaboration to attract, develop and retain a high-performing workforce and promote a healthy, safe and productive work environment for its employees, departments, community partners and the public, with the intent to position St Johns County as an employer of choice.

    EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
    The ideal Business Systems Analyst candidate must possess St. Johns County’s core values of compassion, innovation, and trustworthiness and must work well in a collaborative team environment. Some of the specific tasks include but are not limited to: Independently manage complex projects and initiatives from scoping to deployment.Serve as the technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes.Lead system updates and upgrades, working with internal teams, departments, and vendors to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed.Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and designs suitable system configurations to meet those needs.Creates and maintains reporting capabilities and responds to information requests in line with department procedures.Effectively communicate system and process changes across the organization.
