Onward Search’s online e-commerce marketplace client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month REMOTE contract role 

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions, facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify high-level business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation to support development and QA processes.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Business Rules/Configurations within Speech & Text Analytics solutions.
• Serve as the point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting based on understanding of existing configurations and workflows.
• Lead QA efforts, including writing test cases and performing end-to-end testing to validate expected experiences.
• Adapt to changing priorities, always with a focus on customer success.
• Manage sprints and perform Release Management tasks in collaboration with developers/system engineers.
• Define and monitor KPIs on solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze trends in product solutions to identify customer problems and new opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to understand key drivers.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tech Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Contact Center domain.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Speech & Text Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Speech & Text Analytics solutions like CallMiner, Nexidia, Genesys, etc. Experience with CallMiner tool is preferred.
• Experience with contact center technologies.
• Ability to thrive in high pressure, high profile, and fast-paced projects.
• Exposure to Technical Project management and Prioritization process.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to visualize data narratives on solutions/experiences.
• Expertise in JIRA and Agile methodology.
• Proven understanding of high-performing organizations with Release cycles.
• Experience implementing or administrating SaaS platforms.
