    We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Track Manager to oversee our racing operations and ensure a seamless experience for participants and spectators alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for motorsports, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the racing track, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
    • Coordinate with various teams including maintenance, safety, and event management to facilitate successful events.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and sponsors to enhance event offerings.
    • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and spectators to address concerns and provide information.
    • Oversee the scheduling of races and events, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
    • Provide training and support to staff members in their roles related to track operations.
    • Monitor financial performance of events and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a management role within the sports or events industry is preferred.
    • Strong sales skills with experience in outside sales or retail sales; telemarketing experience is a plus.
    • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse audiences.
    • Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial contracts and partnerships.
    • Familiarity with benefits administration or insurance sales can be advantageous.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by event schedules.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for motorsports or related fields is a significant advantage.
