• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing and reporting appropriate data points.
• Ensure company’s accounting is in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Help develop job costing for residential and commercial business.

• Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
• Implement new ERP system (Transition from QB Online to NetSuite).
• Collaborate with CFO and establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Implement consistent accounting policies, practices and procedures across all programs- ensuring the company is in compliance with GAAP.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies and procedures and workflows.
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes- responsible to calculate and pay weekly commissions.

• 3-5 years or more of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in construction or solar install.
• Experience with NetSuite

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).
