As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy meal periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or catering services.
• Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bussing or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food handling practices is an asset.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require lifting or moving items.
