Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and installation techniques, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various materials and structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Each day starts and ends at the shop with a vehicle and tools provided. Shift starts each day at 7am at the facility in Torrance.

Duties

• Perform installation tasks including but not limited to door installation, hardware installations, and repair experience if needed.
• Execute carpentry projects such as trim carpentry and general construction painting.
• Lay tile and perform masonry work as required for various projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or installation roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues on-site.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
