CAD Drafter jobs in Stamford, CT

Our Greenwich office is looking for an experienced CAD Designer with Surveying experience to support ongoing and new projects. The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of experience with proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation. Additional experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or InRoads is also desirable. Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are required for this opportunity.

Job Requirements:

• An associate's or Bachelor’s degree or completion of technical trade school in CAD or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent on the job training will also be considered.
• Demonstrated proficiency using document control systems.
• Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Job Duties will include:

• Collaborate with design engineers to develop construction documents.
• Utilize document control system to properly track drawings and follow established procedures.
• Develop record drawings using compiled field and office data.
• Review design drawings to ensure adherence to established CAD standards.
