As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Uphold company standards for quality and consistency in beverage preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
