**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our quick service fast food restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong background in food service management, and the ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and food safety.

**Duties:**

• Ensure high-quality customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience.

• Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.

• Conduct inventory management

• Implement and enforce food safety procedures, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Manage cash handling and POS systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profits.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a manager in a quick service fast food restaurant or related field.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,538.00 - $51,050.00 per year
