- Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

PREREQUISITESEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 1 year in a restaurant environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
