The Call Center Manager will be able to design and lead the customer experience and react to customer interactions for meeting or exceeding customer expectations; thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals and departments.JOB DUTIES (Summarized)
- Coordinate, monitor, and communicate projects and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the outbound and inbound interactions and workflow to ensure performance standards and are met; including volume and quality goals
- Accountable for employees who are assigned partnership-related functions
- Responsible for the daily activity of assigned business unit policies and procedures
- Proactively identify customer needs and develop and implement solutions.
- Work with all Key Accounts and Mega Dealers to make sure they receive the best customer service.
- Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Required Education – High School Diploma
- Preferred Education – Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree
- Required Work Experience – 2 to 5 years call center environment and managerial experience.

- Problem Solving Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Planning & Organizational Skills
- To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
