Call Center Agent - Customer Service Associate

  • Here at Call Pernell, Inc. we are currently hiring for a full-time Call Center Agent - Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with their HVAC (heating and air conditioning) systems in the Smithfield, NC area. Join us! This customer care position earns a competitive wage of $9.00 - $15.00/hour.

    In this customer care position, you're the friendly face and the happy voice that welcomes our clients whenever they pop by or give us a phone call. You're the person that our clients rely on, which is why you're always so positive and helpful when you're in the office. You tackle each day by picking up incoming calls, dialing out to customers, and getting back to emails as quickly as possible.

    You're a pro at handling all the questions our clients throw your way, and you're great at setting up appointments for them too. You keep all their records up-to-date and you make sure that all the paperwork is filed properly. Always ready to jump in and help out wherever needed, you keep our customers happy and the office running smoothly. And the best part is that you love chatting with all sorts of people and making sure they're totally satisfied with our service!

    WHAT WE NEED FOR A CALL CENTER AGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

    This phone customer care position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    • 3 years of related experience
    • Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
