Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified police academy training program
- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures, practices, and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with the public
- Ability to manage conflicts and diffuse potentially volatile situations
- Proficient in the use of technology such as computers, radios, and surveillance equipment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus
