Recreation Director
Overview:
Your responsibility is the fun of the park. You will be overlooking all Rec activities such as rock wall, petting farm, tye-dye, bounce pillow, pool party, ice cream social, etc. Making sure that everything runs smoothly with both guests and your staff. We also outsource some activities Ex: Face painting they will need to know where to park location to set up, some one to check in with them, conduct lines, reschedule, and hand them a check at the end of service. Every weekend we have specific theme which midweek requires taking down decorations, getting decorattions, and redecorating for the next weekend, organizing, restocking, etc... This job requires Fri-Sun 2 days midweek would be your days off. Knowledge of Excel for scheduling staff would be nice. Also we use Canva on property for all Rec Activity Schedules. Canva can be taught on location very simple. You will be overseeing a department of 20 employees ages 16-21 generally.
