Our dedicated Frontline Field Fundraising Team of passionate Canvassers plays a vital role in spreading a message to individuals who share our vision for a greener, healthier future. Role and Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents of Boston and the surrounding areas to inform them about The Nature Conservancy's mission.
• Effectively communicate our charity partner's goals and showcase the positive impact of their contributions.
• Inspire potential donors to contribute to our charity partner's cause through recurring donations.
• Represent The Nature Conservancy with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for environmental conservation and a genuine interest in the mission of The Nature Conservancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude and a natural ability to inspire others to take action.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or fundraising is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
