Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Strip and replace bedding, washing and drying

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Handle any special cleaning projects as assigned

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing

- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail

- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Understanding of basic facilities maintenance
