The Project Manager will be accountable for the overall documentation, scheduling, and internal/external communication for all jobs from kick-off to close out. The success of this role requires a person who is obsessed with providing transparent communication with staff, homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors. The Project Manager must be organized while being able to follow a logical process through each phase of the project using Buildertrend as the main hub for all stakeholders. $28 - $38 hourly

• Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met
• Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects

• Communicate and document changes to scope, timeline, material orders, or any other issues that arise with all key stakeholders
• Anticipate needs and mitigate risks
• Make informed recommendations based on common challenges

• Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
• Experience using construction or project management software preferred
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued
• Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
