Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Omitron is seeking candidates for an instructor/courseware developer to provide foundational and advanced courseware development, courseware maintenance, platform instruction, hands-on training (in-person & virtual) covering the suite of applications on both the Astrodynamics Support Workstation (ASW) and the Correlation, Analysis and Verification of Ephemerides Network (CAVENet).
