Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Performs general building maintenance repairs and replacements (appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work)
- Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
- Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
- Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
- Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
- Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management
- Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-year maintenance experience, apartment maintenance experience preferred or relevant experience
- HVAC experience and certification required
- Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders
- Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
- Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
