Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Title: Store Support Command Center Specialist
Shift: 8 am | Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Purpose:
Supports command center and client in completing and logging all store requests and concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer concerns and requests via email for East Coast/ West Coast stores.
- Logging all daily requests and concerns.
- Effectively communicating with warehouses and logistics team.
- Ensuring concerns are responded to and handled in a timely manner.
- Following up on pending items.
- Communicating to client when requests or concerns are completed.
- Update all charts daily.
- Send the end of the day email with updated data.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2-3 years experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Computer Skills:
- Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel
Reasoning Ability:
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
