Job Title: Superintendent

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scheduling, subcontractor selection, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
3. Steel Erection: Oversee and manage the self-performed steel erection process, ensuring efficient and safe installation of structural steel components.
4. Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
5. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project requirements and industry standards.
6. Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any safety concerns or issues promptly.
7. Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
8. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or challenges during construction and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
10. Client Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing client concerns or questions promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on pre-engineered metal building facilities and commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating self-performed steel erection activities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills,
