About the position: The Project Coordinator works closely with Program Managers to keep projects organized. Responsibilities include coordination of essential tasks on projects of varying sizes and complexities, coordination of meetings and events, facilitating updates on project tasks, producing and distributing meeting minutes, and organizing project documentation in the project folder, etc.

You will:

• Collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to obtain updates on the status of project tasks.
• Working with assigned Program Manager, facilitate real-time updates of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress across the interconnected projects simultaneously.
• Upkeep status of project work items in software development management system.
• Coordinate project meetings, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings with the applicable internal and external project contributors.
• Coordinate project events, reserving venues and technical equipment, and facilitating meals and catering.
• Prepare and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
• Organize project documentation and ensure distribution to project team.
• Track invoices and project costs in budge-tracking worksheets.

About you:

• At least 4 years of experience in a professional office environment, including project coordination and administrative background.
• Strong skills working with the Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with software implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience working with software development management systems (such as Jira and Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully multi-task.
• Documentation management skills.
• Ability to use project management tools.
• Attention to details.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

About the schedule:

This position is 1st shift and will work approximately 8am – 5pm. This position is hybrid and expected to be onsite 2 days a week assigned by management and the assignment is expected to last 9-12 months.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $22.00 - $34.00 per hour. Compensation commensurate with selected candidate's experience.
