A full-time position is available for an In-Store Manager. Candidates should have management and food service experience and enjoy working with the public.
Work Schedule: Managers normally work Monday - Friday open shifts. The Managers are required to work any hours that the store may need due to staffing needs. Managers are also required to work any shifts as directed by the store supervisor. Managers are compensated hourly and receive bonuses for store and personal performance. Managers must also live within 25 minutes of the Jet Stop location which they manage full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Creates a positive environment for staff and customers
*Troubleshoots immediate problems with Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, or customers
*Effectively manages the store employees in a professional manner
*Makes sure all assigned duties are performed by Assistant Managers & Sales Associates
*Fills in a shift when needed
*Manage store inventory and delivery functions with various vendors
*Maintains a good, clean, friendly environment for Employees and customers
*Manages with cost-effectiveness
*Effectively trains all new hires
*Reports all concerns and incidents with formal documentation to the Store Supervisor
*Properly completes all shift and daily paperwork
*Performs price checks every month
*Manages the Red River System promptly (invoices and paperwork done on time)
*Maintains an appropriate working relationship with other Associates and Supervisors
*Maintains the profitability of the store
*Protect company assets and reputation
*Follows company policies and procedures
