Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Water Jet position with a welding company located in Vancouver, WA. The person in this position will be assisting through out the shop as needed, and must be able to lift at least 40lbs or more.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: M-Thurs, 1:30PM - 12AM
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate waterjet cutting machine to cut materials to specifications
Interpret engineering drawings and sketches
Monitor and adjust waterjet cutting parameters to ensure accurate cuts
Perform quality checks on finished parts
Perform basic machine maintenance tasks
Complete simple paperwork forms
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience with machine operation or manufacturing preferred
Strong understanding of basic math and geometry
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to obtain forklift and crane operator license (provided in house)
