Responsibilities:
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance information.
- Assist with patient service by greeting and checking in patients, verifying personal and insurance information, and ensuring a comfortable and organized environment.
- Aid in patient care by taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation of patient information and assist with coding and medical terminology.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Skills:
- Strong medical administrative support skills with proficiency in scheduling appointments, managing records, and handling billing and insurance information.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to greet patients warmly, verify information accurately, and provide a welcoming environment.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures including X-Ray imaging and basic life support.
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with medical professionals.
- Knowledge of coding systems and medical terminology to ensure accurate documentation.
