Overview:

The Director of Case Management is responsible for overseeing and directing case management services at Southern Highlands CMHC, ensuring effective, efficient, and high-quality care for clients. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring case management programs and leading a team of case managers. The director will work closely with clinical and administrative staff to enhance client outcomes, coordinate services, and maintain compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required; Master’s (preferred)
• Minimum of five (5) years in case management, social work, or mental health services, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role
• Experience in social service program supervision
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
