This great opportunity is with a 300 patient bed hospital that is known for serving its community with the most advanced, innovative, and forward-thinking services. The RN Manager Case Management will be joining a Joint Commission Accredited hospital has been recognized on both the local and national level for their accreditations in the areas of chest pain and heart failure programs, neurology and neurosurgery, and a nationally recognized surgical weight loss program and total joint program. This facility is also part of a larger, healthcare system with multiple hospital campuses.
The RN Manager Case Management will be leading a highly-skilled team of healthcare professionals with a hospital that provides a wide array of services. Cancer Care, a Heart Institute, 24/7 Emergency Services, Diagnostic Imaging, advanced surgical procedures, and Women’s Services are just a few of the service lines that this large hospital offers. As the Nurse Manager of Case Management, this person will have oversight of hospital Case Management, Utilization Review, and Social Work.
The RN Manager Case Management will be responsible for staff assessment, daily operations, and will act as the liaison between Case Management, Coding, Compliance, Information Systems, and other departments. To maximize success in this role, the Nurse Manager of Case Management will demonstrate the ability to coordinate the integration of social services into patient care as appropriate and foster a collaborative work environment.
