Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is actively recruiting internally for a full-time Outpatient Case Management and Certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor/Trainer to work on the Adult Mental Health team.

Compensation
The base wages for this position are based on the approved compensation structure for case managers and peer support specialists. This position is classified as full-time exempt if the successful candidate meets the qualifications for FLSA exemption.
The successful candidate will receive a $200 per pay period supervisory stipend in addition to their base wages.
Schedule
The scheduled will be determined upon hiring; however, there is a strong likelihood that is may included at least a partial workday on the weekend as well as some evening work, depending on agency and client needs.

Occasional assistance with helping clients with things like going to the grocery store, going to doctor’s
appointments, and assistance with moving. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and keep a valid
driver’s license. Moderate physical demands at times. Staff for this position are never encouraged or asked
to do more physical labor than their body can manage for these tasks, but staff must be able to, at
minimum, provide transportation for themselves and their clients.

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those and employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job.
Work environment consists of appointments that are done either by phone, telehealth, or in-person. This
position will be provided a work cell phone, desk, computer, work email, and, when available, work
vehicles.
