Job Description:

Premier personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Case Manager. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and detail-oriented team player. The Case Manager plays an integral role in our clients’ care and is the first line of communication with clients, assisting with property damage, provider scheduling, and client questions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about our services and relationships
• Confidence and comfort speaking on the phone with clients, providers, and insurance companies
• Extreme attention to detail
• Caring and calm demeanor
• Fostering the relationships our firm has with providers
• Ability to review and understand a variety of provider bills and records
• Professional communication with providers and clients
• Address client inquiries regarding throughout their case
• Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Some law firm or office background (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
