We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus and help with relocating for out of state candidates. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives through various social work interventions and support services.

Provide mentoring and counseling to individuals in need - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients - Conduct social work assessments and develop tailored intervention plans - Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary - Manage and resolve crisis situations effectively - Assist with childcare services and workforce development programs - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral health concerns - Familiarity with Section 8 housing assistance and Medicare benefits

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Certification in Crisis Management is a plus - Previous experience in social work or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of community resources and support services
