Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests while maintaining operational standards. Assistant Managers will manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures and make encore experiences for our guests.

Base Compensation Range Annualized:

Figures below DO NOT include employer benefit contributions or PTO; $44,587.50 is current median total compensation (inclusive of employer benefit contributions, and PTO)

$14 per hour = $34,580 per year
$15 per hour = $37,000 per year
$16 per hour = $39,500 per year
$17 per hour = $42,000 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 45 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check

Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.
